Job description

Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from obtaining manpower requests approvals to ensuring smooth onboarding, delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The position requires collaborating closely with line managers and business leaders to anticipate workforce demands and develop strategic recruitment plans addressing both immediate and future talent needs. Essential duties include sourcing, assessing and shortlisting qualified candidates through diverse channels, coordinating interviews and offer management at various organizational levels, and fostering robust talent pipelines to support business expansion and succession planning.

Additionally, driving recruitment efficiencies by tracking and enhancing key performance indicators such as Time-to-Hire and Quality of Hire, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements, and maintaining accurate recruitment and HR system records are critical functions. Reporting responsibilities extend to preparing weekly talent acquisition trackers and detailed monthly and quarterly recruitment analytics for leadership review. The role also emphasizes providing insightful, data-supported recommendations to refine recruitment and workforce planning processes.

Beyond recruitment, the position champions employee engagement and organizational culture by spearheading initiatives, surveys, and wellness programs aimed at fostering a high-performance environment. It involves analyzing engagement feedback to identify trends and collaborating with management to implement improvements enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

The role ensures full adherence to labor laws, governance standards, corporate policies, and data privacy throughout all employee lifecycle stages. It supports policy enforcement, provides HR-related guidance, and aligns all HR processes with group standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Professional HR certification is beneficial.
  • A minimum 2 years to a maximum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources with involvement in employee engagement functions.
