This position focuses on hiring across various departments, particularly emphasizing Go-to-Market roles such as Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers. As the company aims to increase revenue from US$500 million to over US$1 billion, securing top-tier talent from the Australia and New Zealand markets is integral to our growth trajectory.

Ideal candidates thrive as strategic hiring partners, forging strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs and help cultivate high-performing teams. AvePoint’s market leadership in AI adoption, cyber resilience, compliance, and data governance positions us uniquely in the industry, making this role a pivotal opportunity to build future teams and contribute substantially to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions with a focus on Go-to-Market roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to clarify role expectations, set priorities, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Initiate talent sourcing through diverse channels including referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping.
  • Handle and prioritize more than eight active requisitions within a dynamic, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Support employer branding efforts, cultivate university partnerships, and manage employee referral programs.
  • Utilize recruitment data and metrics to guide hiring strategies and provide clear, actionable insights to managers.
  • Strike a balance between hiring speed and maintaining high recruitment standards to ensure quality hires.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2 years within an internal recruitment function.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment across various functions and potentially across global regions, with experience in EMEA markets being advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting a diverse array of sales-related roles, such as pre-sales, direct sales, channel sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Capability to source, assess, and select top-quality commercial talent with sound judgment around fit and long-term success.
  • Knowledge of talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Consistently able to deliver high-quality hires within business timelines while effectively communicating any potential risks or obstacles and collaborating to mitigate them.
