Job Overview
The role of the High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes as a trusted consultant to hiring leaders. This position requires close collaboration with business units to comprehend hiring demand, establish solid talent pipelines, and secure quality hires aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full recruitment lifecycle for over 40 job openings, including high-volume requisitions, ensuring quality hires, steady recruiting momentum, and superior candidate experience from requirement intake to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft candidate profiles, define success factors, plan interview stages, and set hiring timelines. Provide expert guidance with market trends and recruiting analytics to assist in well-informed hiring decisions.
- Utilize recruitment data and performance analytics to identify improvements, optimize outcomes, and consistently meet recruitment targets.
- Proactively source candidates through networks such as digital platforms, social media, employee referrals, and direct contact to build extensive talent pools.
- Maintain and nurture talent pipelines for recurrent and critical roles, tracking funnel metrics like conversion rates and requisition aging to accelerate time-to-fill and hiring efficiency.
- Manage applicant tracking system records accurately, ensure candidate documentation and disclosure compliance, and uphold data standards and recruitment policy adherence throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years or more of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally in environments with high-volume, field-oriented, or multi-location hiring demands.
- Proven ability to juggle a large number of requisitions successfully within hiring timeframes and goals.
- Experienced in talent sourcing and pipeline building using various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
- Skilled in building effective relationships and influencing hiring managers and business leaders.
- Analytical approach utilizing data-driven recruitment insights to improve decision-making and processes.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working with agility, accountability, and a results-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
