Role Overview
Shape the workforce that drives manufacturing performance, operational excellence, and engineering innovation across North America. In this leadership role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment of Manufacturing Engineering positions, collaborating with business leaders to craft hiring strategies that advance automation, continuous improvement, scaling production, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for Manufacturing Engineering and related technical roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidates, and coordinating offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify hiring needs, define target candidate profiles, establish recruiting methods, and set hiring timelines.
- Design and implement sourcing plans leveraging talent pipelines, candidate databases, social networks, referrals, job portals, and direct outreach channels.
- Conduct structured candidate evaluations assessing technical skills, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
- Provide hiring teams with detailed candidate assessments, interview feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate management of requisitions and candidate statuses within the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, requisition status, and candidate slate quality.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes by standardizing workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, adopting recruitment technology, and optimizing procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of six years overall work experience.
- At least four years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Preferred: Minimum two years in a business-oriented HR, HR operations, or HR center-of-expertise setting.
- Preferred: Minimum two years' experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, especially for technical or engineering roles.
Compensation Details
- Annual salary by US region ranges approximately between $77,700 and $168,400 depending on location specifics.
