We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our US recruitment team. This fully remote role involves actively sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates for both internal corporate and field-based engineering, construction, and technical roles. The position entails managing numerous vacancies in a dynamic environment, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill roles, passive candidate engagement, and building talent pipelines aligned with current and forthcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers, project teams, operations, and stakeholders to comprehend workforce needs, define recruitment criteria, and coordinate priorities and timelines.
- Formulate and implement targeted recruitment plans tailored to specific vacancies and overarching project demands.
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Indeed, specialty job boards, and other channels.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines in engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and technical fields, focusing especially on recurring and challenging roles.
- Perform structured screenings and interviews to evaluate technical competencies, project fit, availability, willingness to relocate, motivation, and alignment with Atlantach’s working standards.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and ensure consistent progress throughout recruitment.
- Maintain a professional, transparent candidate experience with clear communications and timely feedback while fostering long-term relationships.
- Provide actionable market insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, competitor recruitment activities, and regional hiring environments to assist workforce planning.
- Keep meticulous recruitment documentation within Bullhorn and other systems, including candidate data, interviews, offers, acceptance, and vacancy status.
- Deliver regular recruitment status updates, leverage recruitment data to refine sourcing efforts, and adapt to shifting priorities while ensuring stakeholder and candidate engagement.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least three years of experience recruiting engineering, construction, or technical professionals in the United States.
- Preferably experienced in hiring for sectors such as Data Centers, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction, Commissioning, or Operations & Maintenance.
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment for technical or project-related roles.
- Strong headhunting skills with the ability to source passive candidates in competitive markets effectively.
- Excellent candidate screening, interviewing, and engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, candidate databases, and related sourcing tools.
- Experience maintaining detailed records within an applicant tracking system, ideally Bullhorn.
- Capacity to handle multiple simultaneous requisitions with varying priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project-based workforce planning and various types of appointments (permanent, project-based, time-limited) is advantageous.
- Commercial astuteness with an understanding of the significance of positive candidate experiences and sustained relationships.
- Self-driven, disciplined, adept at working independently, responsive, and capable of managing shifting priorities while collaborating remotely across time zones.
