Lead Architect and Interior Designer

Job Overview

We are in search of a talented and seasoned Lead Architect & Interior Designer to head our design team. The role involves managing projects comprehensively from initial concepts through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will fuse architectural foundations with refined interior aesthetics while supervising a group of designers and site execution personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of inventive architectural layouts, interior design concepts, mood boards, and efficient space planning methods.
• Review and sanction detailed working drawings, realistic 3D visualizations, and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Manage a team of junior designers, oversee project schedules, and ensure profitable project completion.
• Supervise on-site activities, perform quality inspections, and resolve any technical layout problems in collaboration with contractors.
• Conduct client presentations, lead design negotiation meetings, and coordinate with vendors for sourcing materials.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, joinery detailing, MEP system coordination, and adherence to local building regulations.
• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent client interaction skills, outstanding presentation abilities, and keen attention to detail.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree in any specialization.

Compensation

The monthly salary package ranges between INR 60,000 and INR 100,000.
