About the Role
A well-established landscaping company located in Northland is seeking entry to intermediate level landscapers for their Kaitaia branch. This permanent position involves delivering comprehensive landscaping services including hard and soft landscaping, from design through implementation, along with ongoing garden maintenance. The company primarily serves upscale residential and commercial clients in the Bay of Islands and wider Northland region.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Perform landscaping tasks with a focus on quality and professionalism.
- Work effectively both individually and within a team to complete projects to a high standard.
- Commit to long-term growth and development within the landscaping industry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Physically strong and fit to handle demanding landscaping work.
- Valid New Zealand driver’s license and steel-capped boots required.
- Strong English communication abilities.
- Experience or qualifications in horticulture and landscaping are advantageous but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- An eye for detail and passion for landscaping work.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation aligned with company values.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn and share knowledge.

Working Hours and Location
The role is based in Kaitaia, New Zealand, with typical working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
