About the Role

We are an expanding educational staffing service dedicated to linking qualified individuals with schools and residential facilities in Rajasthan. We are currently recruiting a committed Lady Warden to manage student welfare, maintain discipline, and oversee hostel operations in Reengus, Sikar. This position plays a vital role in creating a secure, organized, and supportive atmosphere for students living in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hostel activities ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and the safety of all students within the residence.
  • Perform routine inspections of rooms, keep accurate attendance logs, and swiftly handle any issues related to student behavior or welfare.
  • Collaborate with school leadership and educators to promote the academic progress and emotional health of students.
  • Organize and supervise evening study sessions, leisure activities, and life skills training workshops for resident students.
  • Administer emergency procedures and communicate effectively with parents, healthcare providers, and authorities as required.
  • Guarantee adherence to institutional standards and applicable government regulations concerning child safety and hostel management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in managing hostels or supervising students residing away from home is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of child protection policies and regulations related to school hostels.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with effective conflict management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in first aid and emergency handling methods.
  • Capability to maintain detailed records and produce routine documentation.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring or overseeing adolescent groups in a structured setup.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with diplomas or certifications in child psychology or school administration.
  • Fluency in Hindi and the Rajasthani language is advantageous.
  • Prior work experience in co-educational or all-girls residential institutions is a plus.
