Job Overview
We are seeking a Labour Law Compliance Specialist based in Gurugram with 2-3 years of practical experience in statutory compliance areas such as PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, POSH, and other related labor law mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and timely compliance filings related to labor laws.
- Engaging with clients effectively through verbal and written communication.
- Coordinating with government authorities for liaison and approvals.
- Maintaining precise documentation of compliance and related activities.
- Managing deadlines to ensure all statutory obligations are met timely.
- Preparing and submitting reports related to compliance status and activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of 2-3 years in labor law compliance across statutes including PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, POSH, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with capability to interact professionally with clients and follow up as needed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and deadlines effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
