C3 Logistics is urgently seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician with a focus on phlebotomy to join their Laboratory Services team in Hubli, Karnataka. The ideal applicant will bring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a commitment to precision in diagnostic testing and blood sample collection, ensuring patient safety and laboratory quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform blood draws and specimen collection following established protocols.
• Conduct routine diagnostic laboratory tests and investigations.
• Accurately prepare, label, and process clinical specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory apparatus and equipment for uninterrupted function.
• Maintain precise patient data records using laboratory information systems.
• Adhere strictly to laboratory quality control and safety regulations.
• Keep the laboratory environment clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting and regular maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from an accredited institution.
• Between 1 to 3 years experience as a laboratory technician in medical diagnostic settings such as hospitals, clinics, or labs.
• Proficient phlebotomy skills and careful specimen management.
• Sound understanding of laboratory equipment, testing methods, and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail paired with strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Monthly Salary: Up to ₹25,000
