Role Overview

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an L&H Sales Operation Analyst for a contract-to-hire engagement with Deloitte India. The assignment begins as a contract and may be extended depending on project needs and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Update internal systems with the latest quote onboarding status.
• Track and manage activities across the complete deal lifecycle.
• Review contract terms and configure contracts in internal systems.
• Help minimize operational risk, leakage, and process-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS standards.
• Assist with annual portfolio review work.
• Consistently meet operational KPI and SLA targets.
• Create reports and keep stakeholders informed on KPI performance.
• Handle audit-related requests and keep records properly documented.
• Take part in system testing and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Support training activities and other project-related tasks.

Required Experience and Skills

• 13 years of background in the reinsurance sector.
• Prior exposure to reinsurance administration or a similar operational function.
• Working knowledge of quote administration and contract execution workflows.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contractual language.
• Basic understanding of the reinsurance value chain, including underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, contract management, valuation, and accounting.
• Operational risk management knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Good ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Meticulous and eager to learn.
• Practical experience with MS Office applications.
• Capability to coach or guide team members when needed.
