Job description
Role Overview
Orcapod Consulting Services is hiring a Senior Manager for Finance with a focus on ledger transformation. This position is open across Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
Experience and Education
The role calls for more than 10 years of finance experience. Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
Compensation and Notice Period
The compensation budget is up to 30 to 32 LPA. The expected notice period is immediate to 30 days.
Mandatory Skills and Background
- At least 10 years of experience in finance
- Proven exposure to GCC banking or banking finance environments
- Hands-on experience in ledger transformation
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and finance transformation implementations
- Background in change management and finance transformation programs
- Prior involvement in leading finance initiatives and large transformation projects
- Solid CFOA (Chief Financial Officer Advisory) capability
- Open to applicants from both industry and consulting backgrounds
