The brand stands for a “Beef, Beer and Rock ’n’ Roll” spirit, and this role is for someone who brings that energy and personality into the kitchen and wants to be part of the overall entertainment concept.

The company provides regular internal training and further education to help employees build the skills needed for the Timberjacks lifestyle. New team members receive thorough onboarding, high-quality workwear, and employee discounts in the restaurant, on merchandise, and on motel stays.
The team culture is built on flat hierarchies, direct communication, and regular feedback. Working hours are planned with work-life balance in mind, and compensation is performance-based and transparent so you always know where you stand.
