Japan City, located within Macquarie Shopping Centre in Macquarie Park, NSW, is seeking dedicated staff capable of supporting both kitchen and front-of-house operations. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Japanese dishes including sushi, rice bowls, udon, and bento boxes.
• Assist in both kitchen and dining area tasks as needed, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a productive work environment.

Working Hours

The restaurant operates all week with lunch service from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily and dinner service on Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Basic to intermediate level English capable of simple communication.
• Applicants should hold either a Working Holiday Visa or Permanent Residency in Australia.
• Proven experience working in the food service sector with strong knife skills.
• Reliability to work at least five days a week with availability to work any day.
