Role Overview

The Kitchen Hand position supports kitchen functions by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and assisting with food preparation to ensure smooth operations in a corporate hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, cooking utensils, and kitchen tools thoroughly.
• Maintain overall cleanliness in kitchen and adjacent back-of-house areas.
• Assist with simple food prep tasks as needed.
• Help manage stock movement and proper storage.
• Comply strictly with food safety guidelines and workplace health and safety protocols.
• Support chefs and other kitchen personnel as required.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a kitchen hand is favorable but not mandatory.
• Strong dedication and eagerness to learn.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
