Job Overview
Sushi Train Dee Why Station, a well-known conveyor belt sushi restaurant located in the popular Northern Beaches area near Dee Why, NSW, is seeking both kitchen and hall staff to join their team. The establishment is close to the beach, accessible within a 30 to 40-minute commute from the city via B-Line or L90 buses, and just 15 minutes from Manly. The restaurant is situated right near the main bus stop of Dee Why at 864 Pittwater Road.
Working Environment
The customer base consists mainly of local patrons, and English is the primary language used for communication. The team is diverse and international, providing an excellent environment to earn wages while improving English skills.
Kitchen Staff Requirements
- Applicants should have strong physical stamina.
- Preference will be given to those with any prior experience in kitchen work.
Hall Staff Requirements
- Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.
- No prior experience needed; enthusiasm and energy are valued.
- Intermediate English proficiency is sufficient to communicate effectively.
- Preference for those who can mainly work dinner shifts.
- Applicants should be able to commit to at least 4 to 6 months of work.
