Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Kids Club operations ensuring a clean, well-organized environment with sanitized play equipment updated weekly.
• Lead, coach, and inspire Kids Club Attendants, ensuring compliance with training and child supervision protocols.
• Develop and implement creative and culturally relevant recreational and educational activities suitable for different age groups.
• Maintain high standards for safety by enforcing strict check-in/out processes, accurate attendance documentation, and timely reporting of hazards or incidents to management.
• Engage warmly with children and parents, accommodating special needs such as dietary restrictions and specific requests attentively.
• Handle administrative tasks including inventory management for toys and supplies, daily paperwork completion, and monthly reporting duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 3 years minimum supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort Kids Club setting, with pre-opening experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Fluent in English with additional languages such as Arabic or Russian valued.
• High emotional intelligence, impeccable grooming, and a professional personal presentation aligned with luxury service standards.

• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation during pre-opening phases is required.
