Role Overview and Key Duties
The Butler Coordinator will serve as the pivotal communication link for butler services, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include thorough pre-arrival preparations by reviewing guest profiles and preferences, coordinating inter-departmental service requests (e.g., turndown, maintenance, food & beverage) to adhere to strict timelines, overseeing departmental workflows, monitoring completion of tasks, and updating guest preference databases accurately.

Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hospitality roles such as Front Office, Concierge, or Butler service.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft Office for efficient task coordination and data handling.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to operate under pressure independently, and strong organizational capabilities.
- Prior involvement in pre-opening hotel projects is mandatory, demonstrating skills in project coordination, scheduling, and document control.
- Impeccable grooming and adherence to luxury brand presentation standards.
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
