Kids Club Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic Recreation professionals eager to advance their careers in child care services. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children attending the Kids Club or crèche.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Assistant Recreation Manager and Recreation Supervisor to ensure safety for all children in the Kids Club/crèche.
• Ensure parents accurately complete registration forms containing their child's history.
• Manage an inventory system for all toys and equipment at the club/crèche.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all equipment.
• Report any requirements for new or replacement toys to Assistant Recreation Manager or Recreation Supervisor.
• Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as directed by the Recreation Supervisor.
• Enforce all club rules and regulations consistently.
• Keep the club/crèche environment tidy and organized at all times.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should ideally possess a diploma or vocational training related to kindergarten or child care, coupled with relevant prior experience. A genuine passion for children along with a creative and caring mindset is essential. Competent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are required.
