Emirates Airport Services
In this area, you will support passengers across check-in, boarding and baggage handling, helping ensure a smooth and high-quality travel experience from arrival to departure.
dnata Airport Services
This function focuses on delivering strong customer service at check-in, gates, transfer desks and special handling areas in line with high service standards. The role also includes assisting VIP travellers, marhaba clients, unaccompanied minors and passengers with special requirements, while maintaining attentive and reliable service throughout the journey.
SkyCargo
You will handle or process cargo, courier items and mail efficiently within a designated cargo warehouse or airside operations area. The role requires attention to service targets as well as strict adherence to safety and security requirements.
Group Security
This area involves general and aviation security duties such as surveillance, guarding, escorting and screening to protect employees, property and business operations from unlawful interference. Tasks may include access control, searches, inspections, monitoring and escorting aircraft, cargo and catering goods across both airside and landside facilities, including cargo warehouses and engineering hangars.
Contact Centre
You will act as a customer information representative for Emirates, sharing accurate and current details about products and services. The role depends on delivering excellent service so customers feel informed, supported and valued.
Qualifications
- You must be a UAE national with a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
- Male candidates should have completed national service.
- Strong spoken and written English is required.
- Additional language ability will be considered an advantage.
- You should have A-levels or a high school certificate.
- Good interpersonal ability and customer service focus are essential.
- You need to be comfortable working shifts.
- Frontline customer-facing roles require wearing a uniform.
- PC literacy is needed, including use of Windows applications such as Word, Excel and email.
