About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to lead daily operations at our top-tier laptop showroom located in Chandigarh. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with at least one year of experience eager to advance their career in retail management within the consumer electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 3 to 5 retail sales executives, ensuring that both individual and showroom sales targets are met efficiently.
- Conduct regular training sessions to update the team on the latest laptop models, their specifications, technical attributes, and effective customer service techniques.
- Organize daily staff schedules and assign tasks to guarantee comprehensive coverage on the sales floor during operating hours.
- Track and assess sales personnel performance, offering prompt feedback aimed at enhancing the rate of successful sales closures.
- Boost showroom revenue by promoting and selling laptops, gaming computers, tablets, and additional warranty services.
- Support sales executives in finalizing significant transactions and addressing any technical questions from walk-in shoppers.
- Manage escalated customer concerns with professionalism to uphold the showroom’s outstanding reputation.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients and bulk purchasers to encourage continuous repeat business.
