Role Overview
This position combines regional retail execution and key account management. The role is responsible for improving sell-out performance, strengthening partner and customer relationships, expanding revenue opportunities, and ensuring effective execution across products, services, and marketing initiatives.
Regional Management Responsibilities
- Boost sell-out performance across all LFR partner stores to improve Lenovo’s store share and category results for laptops, tablets, SP, and CA.
- Develop close working relationships with store staff, Cluster Managers, and Zonal Managers to support consistent execution at the store level.
- Implement product mix priorities and marketing programs through strong field execution.
- Support ongoing training and capability building for the field force to enhance product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
- Maintain fully approved manpower and ISD coverage across all manned stores.
- Keep store inventory at healthy levels, move aging stock on time, and maintain strong display and brand standards.
- Identify and activate effective in-store marketing opportunities that align with category and brand goals.
- Set store-wise targets based on store potential to drive CA, Services, and SP mix.
- Track regional sell-out performance and take corrective action where needed to sustain growth.
Key Account Management Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts to grow revenue, volume, and profitability in line with business goals.
- Create and execute account plans that expand Lenovo’s share across products, solutions, and services.
- Build durable relationships with external stakeholders to establish Lenovo as a trusted strategic partner.
- Understand each customer’s business priorities, roadmap, and challenges to offer suitable solutions.
- Work with internal teams and channel partners to drive demand generation and sell-through.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, forecasting, and sales-out management for assigned accounts.
- Implement Joint Business Plans with customers and measure progress against agreed KPIs.
- Improve portfolio mix, premium product penetration, and services attachment to enhance revenue quality and profitability.
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, finance, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor account performance, competitor actions, and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
