Job description
Position overview
For our growing security services business, we are looking for dependable and motivated people to join the Würzburg area team as store detectives. The role focuses on protecting retail premises, supporting safe shopping conditions, and working closely with store staff.
Working conditions
This is a full-time, on-site role with 40 hours per week. The position is permanent and can start immediately.
Compensation
The pay range is EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and spot suspicious behavior at an early stage.
- Carry out regular rounds through the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents and prepare reports related to theft and other unusual events.
- Work closely with sales staff to help maintain a secure shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

- Strong powers of observation and a sharp eye for detail to identify suspicious actions quickly.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and interaction with customers or colleagues when needed.
- The ability to stay calm, composed, and effective in stressful situations.
