About the role
We are a growing security services company that delivers professional protection and safety solutions to clients. For our team in the Kiel area, we are looking for dependable, motivated people to support store security operations.
The role is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week. The earliest possible start is immediately. Pay is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR per hour, depending on qualifications and the assigned duties.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify potentially suspicious behaviour.
- Carry out regular patrols through the store and help protect merchandise stock.
- Record incidents and prepare reports on theft, suspicious events, and other irregularities.
- Work closely with store staff to help create a safe shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.
Candidate profile
- Strong observation skills and close attention to detail to spot unusual activity early.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and interaction with customers or colleagues when needed.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure in challenging situations.
- Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain trust with the company and its customers.
