Position overview
For the Leer area, we are looking for dependable and motivated team members to support professional protection and security services in the retail sector. This role is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and the earliest possible start date is immediately.
The hourly pay ranges from 16.00 to 25.00 EUR, depending on qualifications and the specific area of responsibility.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the shop floor and identify behavior that appears suspicious.
- Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help protect merchandise inventory.
- Record incidents and prepare reports on thefts as well as other notable events.
- Work closely with sales staff to contribute to a safe shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.
Your profile
- Strong powers of observation and a careful eye for detail to detect suspicious activity at an early stage.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or staff.
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and effective in demanding situations.
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain trust with the company and customers.
