Role overview
An expanding security services company is looking to add dependable and motivated staff for assignments in the Freiburg im Breisgau area. The position is aimed at candidates who want to work in retail security and help create a safe shopping environment.
Working conditions
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The employment is permanent, and the earliest possible start is immediate. Compensation is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR per hour, depending on qualifications and the duties assigned.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and spot suspicious behavior at an early stage.
- Carry out regular patrols through the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents carefully and prepare reports on thefts or other unusual events.
- Work closely with store staff to maintain a secure shopping experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and support the clarification of incidents.
Candidate profile
- Strong powers of observation and a sharp eye for detail to identify suspicious activity quickly.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and interaction with customers or colleagues when needed.
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and effective in stressful situations.
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain trust with both the business and its customers.
