Role overview

For a growing security-services company, we are looking for dependable and motivated staff in the Halle (Saale) area. The role is focused on maintaining safety in a retail environment and supporting a smooth shopping experience for customers and store teams.

Employment is for 40 hours per week on a permanent basis, with the earliest possible start immediately. The hourly pay is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor closely and identify suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help safeguard merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents and prepare written reports on thefts and other unusual events.
• Work closely with retail staff to ensure a secure and pleasant shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.
