Role overview
For a growing security services company, we are looking for dependable and motivated store detectives to support operations in Wolfsburg. The role focuses on protecting merchandise, spotting suspicious behavior early, and helping create a safe shopping environment.
This position is a permanent full-time role with 40 hours per week. The earliest possible start is immediately. Pay is between EUR 16.00 and EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of work.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify suspicious conduct.
- Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help safeguard inventory.
- Record incidents and prepare reports on theft and other unusual events.
- Work closely with sales staff to maintain a secure customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

- Strong powers of observation and attention to detail to spot suspicious activity early.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and interaction with customers or colleagues when needed.
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
