Kaufhausdetektiv (m/w/d) – Quereinsteiger willkommen

Position overview

For our growing security services business, we are looking for dependable and motivated support in the Flensburg area. The role focuses on helping protect retail premises, supporting a smooth shopping experience, and responding professionally to suspicious activity.

The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and is offered on a permanent basis. The earliest possible start date is immediately. Pay is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR per hour, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties.

What you will do

• Observe activity on the sales floor and identify behaviour that may indicate theft or other irregularities.
• Carry out regular patrols through the store and help safeguard merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents and prepare written reports on thefts and other notable events.
• Work closely with store staff to maintain a secure and pleasant shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

• Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or colleagues.
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
