Role overview

For a growing security services provider in Stuttgart, we are looking for dependable and motivated retail security staff to help protect merchandise, prevent losses, and support a safe shopping environment. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position with a 40-hour workweek and the possibility to start immediately. Career changers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify behavior that may indicate suspicious conduct.
• Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help safeguard stock and merchandise.
• Record incidents and prepare written reports related to theft, irregularities, and other security-relevant events.
• Work closely with store staff to maintain a safe and secure customer experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

• A strong eye for detail and the ability to notice suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Good communication skills for team coordination and interaction with customers or colleagues when needed.
• Resilience under pressure and a calm, composed approach in demanding situations.
