Role Overview

Based in Berlin, the Junior SEA Manager will contribute to positioning flaconi as Europe's premier beauty destination. The role involves collaborating with a skilled SEA team of five colleagues to manage successful campaigns. Candidates with an analytical mindset who enjoy teamwork are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and continuously optimize SEA campaigns across various international markets.
• Perform analytical evaluations and monitor the performance of all SEA activities.
• Handle account administration, manage cases, and serve as the main contact for external service providers.
• Manage and improve performance channels such as Shopping and Price Comparison.
• Maintain high-quality standards through regular audits and search account administration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Category Management, Campaigning, International teams, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Education or Experience: Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent initial related experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides, and experienced with Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and feed optimization is a considerable advantage.
• Enjoy working in an international environment with the freedom to implement creative ideas.
• Excellent communication skills, strong numeracy, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Salary Details

The annual gross salary range for this position is €37,800 to €45,000.
