About the Role
A reputed automotive manufacturing firm based in Dubai is seeking recent engineering graduates proficient in Arabic to join their team as Junior Sales Coordinators in the tendering department. This is a fantastic chance for fresh B.E/B.Tech engineers specializing in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering to kickstart their careers in automotive sales and tendering with extensive training provided.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing RFQs and tenders from OEM and Tier-1 clients in the automotive sector.
- Help prepare technical quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with relevant engineering specifications.
- Engage and communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients for clarifications and requirement gathering.
- Maintain ongoing communication with local UAE clients and government bodies in Arabic.
- Maintain tender tracking systems, update the CRM database, and organize technical bid documentation.
- Support preparation and maintenance of documentation aligned with ISO/IATF 16949 automotive quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Fluent Arabic language skills in speaking, reading, and writing are mandatory.
- Experience level: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience; relevant internships or project work in manufacturing is preferred.
- Availability to join immediately or a maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Basic knowledge of automotive components, engineering drawings, and Bills of Quantities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is advantageous.
