About the Role
A prominent automotive manufacturing firm located in Dubai is seeking Arabic-speaking fresh graduates for the role of Junior Sales Coordinator focused on tendering and RFQs. This position offers a valuable entry-level avenue for graduates aiming to launch their careers in automotive sales and tender management, with thorough training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 automotive customers.
- Aid in preparing detailed technical quotations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documentation.
- Engage with clients who speak Arabic to clarify requirements and handle communications.
- Maintain effective liaison with local UAE clients and governmental agencies, conducting correspondence in Arabic.
- Update and manage tender trackers, CRM systems, and organize bidding documentation efficiently.
- Provide assistance in ISO/IATF 16949 compliance documentation related to automotive clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university, including B.A, B.Com, BBA, B.E, B.Tech, or equivalent qualifications.
- Fluent proficiency in Arabic language across speaking, reading, and writing is essential.
- Experience ranges from fresh graduates to up to one year, including internships or project work.
- Must be able to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, coordination skills, and document handling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is advantageous but not required.

- Salary range: AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 plus additional benefits.
