Role Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and online research activities.
• Engage potential customers and arrange meetings for the sales team to advance business discussions.
• Grasp customer needs and clearly communicate product features and services offered by the company.
• Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and customer communications using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to foster and maintain relationships.
• Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations as needed.
• Coordinate closely with sales and marketing departments to meet designated business targets.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach objectives to ensure steady pipeline development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation and client engagement.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients via phone and email.
