Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Junior Relationship Executives (JRE) exclusively for male applicants under the age of 29, including fresh graduates. The role involves handling clients at branch locations, evaluating gold jewelry, processing loans, and cross-selling various financial products to meet both personal and branch goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in clients at branches.
- Assessing and approving gold jewelry as collateral following company regulations.
- Verifying collateral securities and completing necessary documentation for loans and other services.
- Cross-selling financial offerings to achieve defined targets.
- Coordinating with banks and preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Managing all branch accounting tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining branch confidentiality and cleanliness.
- Conducting telephonic follow-ups with customers regarding interest collections.
