Job description
Role Overview
Join the recruiting team in Frankfurt or Cologne and help shape the company’s growth by identifying strong talent and attracting them to Simon-Kucher. The role is based in Germany, with locations in Frankfurt am Main or Köln.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and running recruiting events such as workshops, talks, and career fairs.
- Act as the main point of contact between external event partners and internal stakeholders from the relevant business teams.
- Manage participant selection and advise interested candidates on entry paths and opportunities at Simon-Kucher.
- Ensure events are prepared and followed up professionally, while maintaining relationships with promising talent beyond the event itself.
- Work closely with consultants to design suitable event formats and tailor them to the target audience.
- Monitor trends in the university and event landscape and continuously improve existing formats.
- Own the job posting workflow, including quality checking job ads, publishing them on relevant channels, and reviewing and improving performance in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and support employer branding and social media initiatives.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- You already have some experience coordinating and delivering recruiting events, ideally in consulting and/or professional services.
- You work independently and in a structured way, and you are comfortable with change and travel requirements.
- You communicate confidently in fluent German and very good English.
