Classical Conversations, Inc. seeks a technically disciplined Sales & Marketing Junior Project Manager to support their 10-year strategic goals. The role demands mastery of project management systems to coordinate initiatives that serve homeschooling families and communities with Christian classical education. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Sales & Marketing projects end-to-end using rigorous, repeatable processes aiming for 95% on-time completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between departments and companies ensuring clear documentation and adherence to schedules.
- Own and master all project management tools, workflows, and systems aligned with organizational content and pedagogy.
- Handle contracts and deliverables accurately without ambiguity.
- Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships through systematic review matched to each project's needs.
- Continuously track project progress and produce clear data-supported status reports for stakeholders regularly.
- Maintain rapid communication standards, responding within 24 business hours to internal teams, cross-company collaborators, and external vendors.
- Submit precise monthly scorecards by the 5th business day each month.
- Apply adaptive problem-solving skills to maintain quality outcomes under constraints or challenges.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or comparable relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in Classical Conversations Sales Team Leadership.
- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Basic familiarity with project management software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capability to juggle multiple projects while upholding quality standards.
