Role Overview
Join as a Data Management Business Analyst, working remotely with periodic visits to Dublin, Ireland. This 12-month role involves engaging in high-impact projects in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on business analysis within data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of precise business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide solution design, building, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to collect requirements, define essential metrics, capture customer perspectives, and translate business demands into data-driven and digital solutions.
- Facilitate prioritization and refinement of user stories with subject-matter experts, technical and delivery teams.
- Contribute to designing business processes for data management, identifying optimal solutions across people, processes, data, and technology.
- Generate accurate and insightful reports supporting both operational and strategic decisions.
- Assist with integrating data from varied sources to improve consistency, accessibility, and usability.
- Support development and upkeep of dashboards and visualizations for timely data-informed decisions.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to guarantee data reliability and accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in data management, particularly skilled in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering solutions.
- Proven background operating within regulated quality and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently as a sole contributor, partnering effectively with business and technical associates.
- Experience with data-centric projects such as reporting, dashboard creation, data integration, process enhancements, or digital solution rollout.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in facilitation and building cross-functional credibility.
- Comfortable working amidst ambiguity, able to gather facts and offer transparent, data-backed recommendations in changing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Focused on execution and delivering results independently through project completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Contract Details
This contract spans 12 months, primarily remote with occasional trips to the Dublin site, potentially quarterly or initially for onboarding.
