Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager focused on 3D and video production, you will coordinate content creation projects spanning 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC video formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and guide projects from start to finish so schedules and outputs stay on course.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, influencers, and the production team to align expectations and requirements.
- Handle influencer partnerships for user-generated content video projects and collaborate with internal specialists on 3D/AR and photo clip work.
- Search for, evaluate, and bring new influencers and agencies on board when they fit project needs.
- Check that deliverables meet the agreed quality level and that clients are satisfied with the outcome.
- Share regular progress and issue updates with management.
What We're Looking For
- Good understanding of 3D modelling and the workflow of film and video production.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to stay structured, work carefully, and manage shifting priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the flexibility to switch between informal and professional tones as needed.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and together with colleagues.
- Fluency in German and English; other languages are a plus.
