Role overview
Nostalgic-Art Merchandising GmbH is looking to hire a Hausmeister (d/m/w) in Berlin as soon as possible. The company operates from Berlin-Tegel and manages a modern office, production and packing area, and a large warehouse across 3,750 m².
What you will do
- Carry out day-to-day cleaning and waste disposal tasks.
- Handle minor maintenance, repair, and upkeep work.
- Take care of the outdoor premises and green areas, including mowing the lawn, removing leaves, and completing winter maintenance.
- Run errands and perform transport tasks as needed.
- Conduct inspection and monitoring rounds inside and outside the building.
What we are looking for
- Practical handyman skills and, ideally, some prior experience in a caretaker or facility support role.
- An interest in gardening and plant care would be an advantage.
- A responsible, independent way of working.
- Reliability, honesty, and punctuality.
- Strong physical resilience and good fitness.
- High commitment and flexibility.
- Very good German skills at B2 level.
- Valid driving licence class B.
- A friendly personality and enjoyment in dealing with people.
