Role overview
This opportunity is for an Operations Manager to oversee a UK airport portfolio for a rapidly expanding food-to-go and hospitality group. The business operates more than 500 locations worldwide and is targeting 1,000 stores by 2028, supported by investment and a people-focused culture. The role sits within the Senior Leadership Team and carries end-to-end responsibility for the UK airport estate.
What you will do
- Direct, support and develop Store Managers across several airport sites.
- Improve revenue, margin and overall operating results throughout the region.
- Make sure brand presentation and customer service standards are delivered consistently.
- Strengthen leadership capability through hiring, succession planning and coaching.
- Review performance data and put actions in place to lift key KPIs.
- Protect food safety, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operational standards.
- Partner with airport contacts and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Contribute to new store launches and wider growth initiatives.
- Promote the company culture and help build an engaging environment for teams.

Package
