Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Product Analyst / Product Owner passionate about advancing an options and multi-asset trading platform. The role demands strong organizational skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and the capability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate activities between frontend, backend, design, and QA teams to ensure cohesive development.
Create and update product requirements and development task lists.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Support functional testing and validation of new features.
Evaluate current business processes and recommend optimizations.
Assist in product planning and prioritization to align with strategic goals.
Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical parties to ensure shared understanding.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum two years' experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or comparable roles.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Adeptness in collaborating across multiple functional teams.
Comfortable mastering complex business workflows and domains.
English proficiency at B1 level or above.
Native Russian speaker.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, or derivatives.
Familiarity with options trading and multi-leg strategies.
Basic skills in Python, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
Experience in UX/UI design and fintech or capital markets sectors.
