Key Responsibilities
- Lead market entry initiatives, coordinating company incorporation, banking infrastructure setup, and liaising with local regulatory bodies in partnership with internal teams and external consultants.
- Manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and effective office administration.
- Represent the organization as the principal local contact in dealings with regulatory agencies and government officials.
- Maintain full adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

- Identify new business opportunities and assist in scaling operations.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Deep knowledge of European regulatory frameworks governing financial markets.

- Aptitude for strategic planning combined with hands-on problem solving.

- Proficiency in both English and Greek languages is mandatory.
