Role Overview
We are inviting applications for the Junior Paralegal position within our Milton Keynes Family Law team. This role offers an excellent development platform for individuals at the start of their legal careers, providing opportunities to engage closely with clients and collaborate with experienced solicitors in a dynamic and client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients by attentively listening to their situations, understanding their legal challenges, and directing them towards appropriate legal assistance.
- Establish and maintain professional and empathetic relationships with clients.
- Carry out administrative duties that effectively support the solicitors and team operations.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional analytical abilities, clear and precise drafting, and strong communication skills.
- Capability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a client-first approach.
- Previous experience in family law and pursuit of SQE 1 qualifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
