Role overview
ivee is hiring a Junior Marketing Executive on behalf of a rapidly growing technology business. The role is suited to someone with solid marketing basics, creative interest, and a strong focus on performance. You will contribute to multi-channel campaigns and gain practical exposure to how strategy turns into measurable execution.
In this position, you will help drive campaigns from awareness through to conversion, using data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify what performs well and support scalable growth. Your work will have a direct influence on how the brand is positioned and how it expands in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Support paid marketing activity across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
- Help launch and improve integrated campaigns designed to increase awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
- Assist in turning brand positioning into effective performance assets, including landing pages, calls to action, audience targeting, and funnel structure.
- Experiment with audiences, messaging, creative, and channels, then summarise findings and performance insights.
- Monitor and interpret core marketing metrics including cost per lead, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Work alongside content, design, and product teams to keep campaign messaging consistent and aligned.
- Use AI tools to support idea generation, streamline simple tasks, and improve day-to-day efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, which may include an internship, placement year, or an entry-level position.
- Basic understanding of paid media platforms and campaign management tools.
- A data-aware mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Interest in AI tools and automation within modern marketing workflows.
- Good written communication skills, with the ability to draft or refine copy that supports conversion.
- Helpful but not essential: experience working with B2B or technology audiences.
