Overview
The financial and accounting division of Bank of Georgia is seeking to fill the position of Junior Manager in the Compensation Reimbursement and Support department. This role involves handling daily compensation-related operations and supporting reimbursement processes.
Core Duties
- Execute daily transactions related to reimbursements accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, manage, and review documentation associated with reimbursement operations.
- Mainly focus on payroll accounting and related fiscal transactions.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree in economics with a focus on accounting or finance. Ideally, applicants should possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in banking or another financial sector.
Desired Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient understanding of accounting software applications.
- Strong command of computer office programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
- Working knowledge of English language.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Possession of ACCA certification at least at the first level is advantageous.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Logical, analytical, and creative thinking skills coupled with strong mathematical abilities.
- Competence in planning, setting clear work objectives, and effective time management.
- High work speed, accuracy, attention to detail, strong responsibility, punctuality, and emotional stability.
