Overview
The Retail Branch Network Management Department of Bank of Georgia is seeking to fill the position of Digital Services Officer in Akhalkalaki. This opportunity is ideal for individuals starting their career, who are energetic, possess strong communication skills, enjoy meeting new people and assisting them, and wish to gain experience and develop a career in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the processes and products offered by Bank of Georgia.
- Assist and provide consultations to customers visiting the service center through remote channels for performing banking operations.
- Introduce and offer bank products to customers, guiding them on activating and using these products via remote channels.
- Manage customer queues and direct clients appropriately within the service center.
