Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with managers across various departments, establishing yourself as a trusted HR partner.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
- Support organisational change and assist in workforce planning initiatives.
- Coach managers through complex employee relations scenarios.
- Analyse HR data to support reward reviews and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at driving positive change.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong practical experience in employee relations covering absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Comfortable partnering with managers at all organisational levels.
- Experience using HR information systems and interpreting people data.
- Proactive and passionate about enhancing the employee experience.
- CIPD qualification or progress towards one is beneficial, though hands-on experience is equally valued.
