Overview

This role involves much more than traditional diary management—it requires anticipating challenges, managing multiple priorities, and being the reliable right hand to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex and evolving executive calendars and shifting priorities.
  • Arrange leadership meetings, board sessions, and engagements with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Coordinate UK and international travel logistics including accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation such as presentations, board papers, reports, agendas, and briefing materials.
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism.
  • Support strategic projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Organize leadership events, workshops, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Manage expense processing and broader executive administrative duties.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience supporting Directors, Executive teams, or C-suite leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident relationship-building across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, anticipating needs without prompting.
  • Strong commercial insight and sound judgment.
  • High levels of discretion, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience within a fast-moving commercial environment is essential.
