About the Role

This position involves supporting the Senior Designer with innovative graphic design development focused on continuous creativity and achieving preset objectives. The role requires integration of product and technical innovations into graphic designs to enhance product appeal, reinforce brand identity, and stimulate consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Designer in creating innovative graphic designs that meet continuous development goals.
  • Incorporate product and technical advancements into graphic design work.
  • Enhance the product’s graphic content quality to strengthen brand positioning and drive consumer demand.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on graphic design trends to inform the team and guide design direction.
  • Develop and propose new graphic design concepts aligned with specific product strategies.
  • Determine functional requirements and use IT systems effectively to gain competitive advantages.
  • Identify opportunities where graphic design can improve business processes and deepen customer engagement.
  • Manage project delivery timelines according to the company’s product development calendar.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in apparel graphic design.
  • Strong sense of color, creativity, and graphical talent.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings and sketching.
  • Advanced skills in illustration and typography.
  • Apparel industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient with Apple Mac, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexible, well-organized team player.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
